Afirm 2x .30% Retinol 1.05oz Contains a moderate amount of Retinol and is designed to help photodamaged skin while limiting the potential for irritation. It is appropriate for normal skin and when increasing the intensity of retinol therapy once the skin adjusts to Afirm 1x. Afirm's microsponge system protects delicate retinol molecules and allows them to be released continuously for exceptional results with less risk of irritation. Directions: After cleansing the skin, apply to the desired area once daily at bedtime. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Ingredients: Water, Caprylic/CapricTriglyceride, Emulsifying Wax, Glycerin, C10-30 Cholesterol/Lanosterol Esters, Cetyl Ricinoleate, Cetyl Alcohol, Dimethicone, Acrylates Copolymer, Benzyl Alcohol, Cyclomethicone, bisabolol, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Aluminum Silicate, PEG-10 Soya Sterol, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Retinol, Triethanolamine, Disodium EDTA, Tocopherol, BHT, Ascorbyl Palmitate.

| I am incredibly satisfied with this product. I began having a few fine lines and discoloration as well as damage from years of tanning in a tanning bed so I decided to try this product. I began with the 1x since I read the retinol can be hard to adjust to, and I am glad I started there. Within a month of trying the 1x, I could tell my fine lines were diminishing and my skin was smoother. Once I tried the 2x, I could tell within two weeks that my skin had dramatically improved. My fine lines are all but gone and my skin is smoother than I've ever remembered. My only complaint is occasional redness and burning that usually goes away with an hour or so. It is bearable and I will continue to use the product. I would recommend this product to anyone who feels their skin needs to be tightened and brightened. |

This really is a great product. I really like the fact that I can buy different strengths of it. Most companies don't want you to know how much Retinol they have in there products, hate that.
I used another product more expensive, Philosophy Help Me, it was good but not strong enough and more expensive. I believe this 2x AFIRM is about the same as the Help me in strength, maybe this AFIRM is a little stronger (I Hope). I am going to be purchasing the 3x AFIRM and using that a few nights a week and the 2x the rest of the week.

I really recommend it to everyone. My hyperpigmentation is so much lighter. My lines are much less deep or creased. Love that it cleans out the pores on my nose, especially. You must use it for a while to see results but like anything you use, you need to give it time. I really think that's what's wrong with some women/people they don't give it time. I have used a million different products, I'm a skin care junky. This stuff is wonderful. I'm 45 and have the smoothest skin and no lines around my eyes (I've got the puffiness), this is keeping the lines on my forehead at bay and the marionette lines less creased.
I've been on the help me for 2 months then got this product, so I missed weeks. Then I got this and started slow because I didn't know if it was stronger or what, I don't mind peeling a bit, it's good for your skin to peel. but I am now on it every night for about 2-3 weeks. You'll see some results in the first week, the pores getting cleaned out... Good luck. |

| I love Afirm and have been using it for about two years. I started with the 1% cream because my skin is sensitive and now use the 2%. I did try the 3%, but keep in mind that is is VERY strong and I really couldn't use it every day like the 2%. My skin looks years younger and so much clearer than it used to and my pores are almost invisible now. For the first time in my life, people compliment me on my skin, and I'm not young! I try different products now and then and also alternate with an AHA product, but I will always use Afirm. It is a wonderful product and inexpensive, considering it lasts so long as you only need a tiny bit. |
